Product Quality Analyst

As a Product Quality Analyst, you will ensure that insurance products and regulatory filings are accurate, compliant, and ready for release. You will act as a final checkpoint, reviewing everything from legal forms to system configurations to ensure they match official requirements and provide clarity for customers.
What You Will Do

Audit & Review: Check documents like policies, certificates, and amendments created by design teams to ensure they are 100% accurate and legally compliant.

System Validation: Audit product setups in back-office systems to ensure they align perfectly with filed regulatory parameters.

Quality Assurance: Produce and carry out testing to verify that both the documents and system configurations work correctly.

Regulatory Compliance: Review state filing submissions and objection responses to ensure they meet legal standards and intended business goals.

Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for products, updating JIRA in real-time and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) as processes change.
What You Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1–3 years in the insurance industry is a plus.

Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, proofreading, and editing; knowledge of QA concepts is preferred.

Languages: Intermediate Spanish skills are a plus.

Accuracy: Maintaining zero errors in filed forms and system setups to avoid regulatory issues.

Reliability: Predictable attendance and the ability to meet document release deadlines.

Clarity: Ensuring all customer-facing documents are clear and meet high regulatory standards.
