Job Description:

Software Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests 
• Build and utilize data-driven test automation frameworks.
• Create test plans, cases, and procedures.
• Conduct system, API, and cross-browser testing.
• Participate in Agile development.
• Report and track defects.
• Perform functional, system, acceptance, and load testing.
• Provide status updates and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills:

• Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Programming (Python, Java, JavaScript, shell).
• SQL and database proficiency.
• Agile methodologies.
• Web technologies (HTML, HTTP, CSS, etc.).
• CI/CD pipelines.
• DevSecOps knowledge.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design test cases.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN) and issue tracking (Jira).

Qualifications:

• US Citizen with active clearance.
• IAT Level 2 (Security+) or ability to obtain.
• 3+ years software testing/QA, including UFT/VB Script.
• 2+ years web/Java testing (TestNG, Selenium, etc.).
• Remote, but be on East Coast (in SC, NC, Virginia, Maryland or FL)
