We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our clients team in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as the primary functional and technical administrator for the organization’s projects with Trimble Unity Construct environment (formerly e-Builder).

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between IT and capital project teams—gathering stakeholder requirements, mapping business processes, and configuring system workflows to support enterprise capital construction and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Workflow Configuration

  • Partner with internal business stakeholders, consultants, and project teams to gather/document requirements and map complex business processes.

  • Translate business requirements into actionable system solutions, custom forms, templates, reports, and dashboards within Trimble Unity Construct.

  • Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows and business processes to optimize project controls.

System Testing, Support & Administration

  • Lead system testing, support end-user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee the rollout of new business processes and software updates.

  • Provide Tier-2 user support, troubleshoot system logic, manage user access/permissions, and lead onboarding for internal staff and external partners.

  • Maintain standardized data structures, document hierarchies, and configuration guidelines across all active capital projects.

  • Support system integration initiatives between Unity Construct and secondary enterprise platforms.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Direct Systems Experience: 2+ years of hands-on system administration and configuration experience in Trimble Unity Construct or e-Builder or similar tool.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience supporting large-scale capital construction programs, project controls, or enterprise facilities project management environments.

  • Technical & Business Analysis: Demonstrated ability to independently map business workflows, configure custom system logic/modules, generate operational reports, and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a history of facilitating technical discussions between IT, engineering, construction teams, consultants, and third-party vendors.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC (Note: Initial onboarding and training may require 2–3 days onsite per week).
