Dianna Wright is an Account Manager for TECHEAD, servicing large and small local clients in the Richmond area.
How long have you worked at TECHEAD?
I have worked at Techead since June of 2021 and have enjoyed every moment.
What led you to work at TECHEAD?
I have always had a passion for working in the IT Industry. Last year, I was longing to get back to this, when I received a call from TECHEAD about an opportunity. I didn’t have to think twice. I was already familiar with TECHEAD and the executive team from working with them in the past. I knew TECHEAD to be a company of integrity and a place I could call home.
Tell us what about your best day at TECHEAD, so far.
My best day at Techead was my very first day. The first day, being back in the field I loved and doing the work I have a passion for.

Tell us about where you live, and how your home workplace is set up.
I have my office desk set-up near my windows in my sitting room, so I can see the sun rise and hear the birds sing in the early mornings. Everything I need is at my fingertips to keep me focused and productive throughout my day.
What is keeping you productive and innovative while working remotely? What’s motivating you?
In the beginning, I was not sure how I would like working from home on a daily basis. I was more of a “get up and go to the office” person. It didn’t take long for me to get accustomed to it, and now I love it and prefer it.
I find it thrilling when a job comes in, and I can work with our team to find that perfect candidate and service our clients. It is a win/win on both sides. Having multiple accounts and responsibilities keeps me focused and driven, especially when the ball is turning in our favor.
Being motivated is simple for me because this is my passion. I am not new to this industry. I want my team and company to win and provide our clients, and candidates with the best service we can give.
What are your favorite hobbies or pastimes?
Being around water: the ocean, a river or a lake. I love spending time at the beach, regardless of the season. The water is my happy and calming place. Walking out in nature, listing to the birds in the early morning. Cooking; eating good food and drinking good wine.
