Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Partnership Marketing Compliance Analyst to support the review of partner marketing and sales materials across multiple distribution channels. This role will focus on evaluating travel insurance product descriptions and related content on partner websites to ensure alignment with U.S. insurance regulatory requirements, approved product language, and company compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and can efficiently review large volumes of web content while documenting findings in a clear, actionable format. Key Responsibilities
Review partner websites and digital customer journeys to evaluate travel insurance product descriptions, disclosures, and related marketing content.
Compare website content against approved company product language and compliance requirements.
Identify content requiring updates, corrections, or clarification to support regulatory compliance.
Capture screenshots of reviewed pages and document findings in PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, or other reporting formats.
Clearly annotate and communicate recommended changes for internal stakeholders.
Maintain detailed records of completed reviews and identified issues.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to support remediation efforts when needed.
Complete required compliance and regulatory training prior to conducting reviews.
As capacity allows, support reviews across multiple partner channels, including:
Airlines
Travel agencies
Event ticketing providers
Tour operators
Other travel and affinity partner channels

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in written content.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable reviewing web pages and navigating digital platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in compliance, quality assurance, content review, marketing operations, insurance, financial services, travel, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with digital marketing content and website review processes.
Experience documenting findings through screenshots, annotations, and presentation materials.
Knowledge of insurance or travel-related products is a plus but not required.
